01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and inak918 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the inak918 platform — whether through the official website, mobile app, or any other authorised access channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

• Inak918's maximum liability to any player is limited to the player's net deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim
• Inak918 is not responsible for issues arising from the player's own device, internet connection, or software.

11 Responsible Gaming
